David Padgett

I am a freelance musician with over 30 years of experience of teaching and performing. I teach in the Barnsley area from home and in outreach centres including running a guitar club from a town centre pub.

I am a music consultant to Strings Attached Music which is a small community organisation that specialises in guitar tuition. We are a Registered Charity.

Everyone connected to our organisation has a fully up-to date CRB check done and are cleared to work with young people or people at risk.

I am a qualified teacher BA (Hons) PGCE and qualified Assessor. I am also registered with the RGT (Registry of Guitar Tutors) and work with the syllabus from the London College of Music Exams.

I have performed my classical repertoire in Europe, Cuba and the Greek Islands and have featured on local radio.
