Debbie Tomkies

Debbie Tomkies is the proprietor of DT Craft & Design. Debbie has over 20 years experience in dyeing, knitting and crochet. She is the author of Hand-dyed Yarn Craft Projects, is a freelance technical feature writer for Simply Knitting and has had many of her own designs published.

She teaches locally in Cheshire and is also available for bookings for Guilds, groups, schools & colleges anywhere in the UK.

Courses available include hand-dyeing with procion and acid dyes, natural dyeing, dyeing with indigo & woad, as well as a wide range of knitting and crochet subjects. Beginners through to more experienced students are catered for and courses can be customised to suit the group.

Course length can be from half-day to one week depending on the requirements of the group.
