I'm fully qualified with Yoga Alliance and the British Wheel and have been teaching since 2000, when i finally grew out of the late night boozy lifestyle of the music industry. My classes are a mix of ashtanga, dynamicflow and slower hatha designed to increase flexibity, tone and strengthen the body, soothe the mind and nourish the soul. I sometimes like to use a little soft music to enhance the ambience of the room.

level 1 classes every thursday evening suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some experience. The Tuesday class is for improvers to intermediate level 2. Classes begin with warm-up gently building into a strong flowing sequence and winding down into a deep and replenishing relaxation.
