My name is Elaine Wolstenholme and I am a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher, a member of the Body Control Pilates Association and listed on the Register of Exercise Professionals

Operating as CorePilatesNI, my aim is to bring the benefits of Pilates to as many people as possible across Northern Ireland. I offer a range of group matwork classes in both local community and corporate venues.

Why choose Pilates?

My Pilates clients have many different goals when they attend my classes. Some want to improve their posture or have a flatter stomach; some come to relieve aches and pains in the neck, shoulders and back; and others use Pilates as a class to work alongside their other fitness routines to give their bodies a longer, leaner look and feel.
