What is it?
Energetic yoga that increases your will power & busts stress. This is a great practice for improving self-discipline & stamina. The camaraderie of the group helps you to keep up the intensive pace.

• For those want a more energetic work out than most yoga classes provide. Be ready to sweat!
• For those who would like to meditate but find it hard to clear the mind & concentrate. Kundalini yoga uses mantra (chanting, or making sounds that resonate through the body) Mantra gives the mind something to hook on to. If we can stop the mind running away into other thoughts, we can focus & relax. It is not at all necessary to have a spiritual belief to enjoy mantras, they are formulas that alter the patterns of the mind & the chemistry of the brain.
