I have been passionate about passing on knowledge for as long as I can remember. In the last few years, I have been doing this in the formal setting of the University of Edinburgh Architecture department. However, I would also be interested in sharing what I know in a more informal way, which is why I'm offering to teach cookery through the School of Everything.
If you want to learn how to cook by gaining some basic skills and recipes, or to increase your knowledge of cookery by trying out some new things, I can teach you. I have no training beyond many years cooking for myself, family and friends (I cooked my first solo meal at the age of 5) and specialise in the "look in the fridge and see what you could make from what's already in there" school of cooking. I will come to you and help you get started, or master a new skill or style of cooking.
