Refunds are available on cancelled lessons up to two weeks beforehand where travel is involved and three days beforehand where no travel is required. Any travel and accommodation costs incurred must be paid. For corporates, payment is expected no more than two months after invoicing. Thereafter, a 6% interest charge is made each month of non-payment.
