I am a National Standard Department for Transport accredited cycle tutor. Based in Bradford, West Yorkshire I cover the Bradford, Leeds and Skipton areas I teach Bikeabilty in schools, work with the CTC bringing adults and children to cycling. I am also project manager for Bradford Disability Cycling Club.
I can help people who cannot cycle, those who would like to brush up their skills and those who would like to tackle busier roads.
I have also taken a Wheels for All Leaders course and help people of all abilities and with many challenges takek up cycling.
Children, adults, individuals, groups, you come to me or I can come to you.
As a qualified personal trainer I can also help with weight loss, fitness and health related fitness through cycling, walking and other forms of exercise.

Group Classes

Adult Learn to Cycle Session

This is a one off session to introduce people who cannot ride a bike to cycling. If the session is well attended we will look at making it a weekly event.
If Saltaire is not the right place for you or we are not at the right time for you, please let us know your requirements and we will see what we can do.
You don't even need a bike and helmet, we can provide them.
