American Kenpo is taught to juniors by Frank Ellul a 3rd dan in this system.

Adults are taught the Millers Martial arts system by Frank who is presently an apprentice Instructor in this art. A blend of striking, throwing, grappling & weaponry. Elements of Kali, Escrima, Silat etc.

Martial arts experience

Former Met Police Officer with a vast knowledge of confrontational incidents. I have a varied background in the martial arts, Goju Ryu Karate, TKD, Hontai Yoshin Jujitsu, American Kenpo and at present an Apprentice Instructor in Millers Martial Arts.I have an open mind to all the arts and will quite often absorb new techniques in to our syllabus if it is proven to be effective.
