I have presently 19 years teaching experience in Classical Hatha Yoga. I trained with the White Lotus Foundation and the British Wheel of Yoga and am also a reflexologist.
I specialize in teaching Therapeutic Yoga, Yoga for the Elderly and Yoga in Prison. I also teach open general classes and organize yoga days and retreats.

Offering: private lessons, group classes, workshops, intensive courses, residential courses and corporate.
Aimed at: Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.

A Day of Yoga

I am hosting a Day of Yoga on July 19th, 2008 at the Millennium Hall, Horton Cum Studley in Oxfordshire OX33.
The day is open to all those who practice Yoga who would like to deepen their practice with different teachers and styles of Yoga and to those people who are interested in trying Yoga for the first time.
There are 3 yoga sessions in total and 1 meditation session. You may come for the whole day, half a day or choose an individual session that suits you.
The day starts at 10.00am and ends at 4pm.
