In my time, I have messed up a number of relationships - friendships, work related and professional - and then over the years, went back and cleaned them up. Most people seem to have such situations to deal with.

I have learned that my own fears stopped me from saying what was needed at the time of conflict and that afterwards just seemed to be too late. As a result, I had left a number of relationships, feeling angry and incomplete. I was angry with myself because I had left such situations knowing I had not expressed my needs and I had not been true to myself.

Now, I am a Personal Effectiveness specialist with many years' experience of working with individuals, facilitating resolution between people and facilitating programmes in areas that support relationships of trust. Still, much to learn and much to share. I'd be pleased to be your partner in your relationships work.
