I am a professionally qualified coach and consultant with senior level experience in both the public and private sectors.
I facilitate coaching and mentoring interventions - such as: career change, behaviour awareness, relationships, communication, enhancing leadership style; - allowing the development of greater behavioural flexibility and helping individuals achieve their potential and clarity of purpose. The coaching process is supported by the use of 360 degree feedback tools and psychometric assessments including emotional intelligence profiling.
In addition my corporate work focuses on individuals, teams and organisations undergoing transformation and moving through transition including performance enhancement, conflict resolution and workplace mediation.
I support organisations to develop a learning culture by introducing coaching and mentoring programmes and offering Coaching Skills for Managers workshops.
Coaching programmes are normally in blocks of 4 to 6 one or one and half hour sessions. Sessions can be face to face or on the telephone or a combination. Payment is normally per programme and payable in advance in one or two installments.
360 degree feedback appraisals and psychometric assessments are online and include a detailed report and feedback session if purchased separately to a coaching programme.
