I have been meditating regularly myself for more than 12 years and know the benefits of this approach for managing chronic pain since I had a back injury and spinal surgery in 1995.
I am a qualified meditation therapist and teacher and a qualified Usui Reiki Master Teacher and practitioner. I also have more than 10 years experience of teaching in Higher Education.
I have a private practice in Earlsdon, Coventry where I teach mindfulness meditation either in small groups or on a one-to-one basis, both to adults and children. The techniques that I teach are aimed at improving health and managing stress and chronic pain. I also teach Reiki courses at all levels.

This is a small group based course which is designed to introduce you to mindfulness meditation, and then give you the tools to continue your own meditation practice.
