Combining traditional asana (poses) in a vinyasa flow (breath-synchronized movement), Yogapulse strengthens the core body, builds flexibility and stamina, and brings about mental and physical wellbeing.
A theme or a unique flow, is created each week based on the needs of the students in attendance, to cultivate their own strength, fluidity and creativity.
There is always an emphasis on alignment and proper breathing techniques as the foundation of the practice, and mindfulness meditation/relaxation.

Yoga Therapy on a one to one basis is also available, in these classes a variety of props are used to help coax the student into various poses.
