Musical Instruments teacher

With nearly 40 years of playing and over 30 years teaching experience, from orchestral, band, small ensembles to soloist, Ian is also in demand as a teacher of brass instruments and music theory.

Although a busy tutor, Ian has a few vacancies in the Bedford, south Northamptonshire and west Cambridgeshire area. Lessons are usually taken in your own home so you have no need to travel.

Your first lessons is free, and reductions may be available for group lessons. So, if you are a beginner or have some experience it doesn't matter. Maybe you used to play but your instrument is now gathering dust in the loft just let me know and we can discuss your next step.

Ian has experience of teaching all of the brass family, so if you wish to learn anything from trumpet, cornet, french horn, Eb tenor horn, euphonium, trombone or tuba, just contact me, including some details of any previous playing, your ambitions (eg ABRSM or Trinity exams) and you will be on your way.
