Ian Wojtowicz is a cultural hacker whose art has exhibited in New York, Paris, Chicago, Hong Kong, Vancouver, Istanbul and Cyprus. As a software engineer, his work has twice been featured in Wired Magazine and has contributed to the garnering of Gemini, Emmy and Webby award nominations. He holds a patent in mobile software, has taught new media at the Emily Carr University of Art & Design and was the editor of one of the first online cultural magazines. Perhaps his most surreal experience, however, was giving a speech at the Massachusetts State House, announcing the creation of a new country.
Currently, Ian writes a blog, station.woj.com, and is a graduate student at MIT's Program in Art, Culture & Technology.
