I've been DJing for 7 years, specialising in Turntablism. I use Rane Serato and more recently a MIDI controller for sample-triggering. I scratch, beat juggle and create intensive mash-up routines. I've played at The Brits, Sage Gateshead, BUSC, British Uni Breakdancing Championships and radio stations, as well as more conventional club and bar sets.

I compete at boardercross internationally, ranking 6th in the World University Games, 2nd in the British National Championships and 1st in a Europa Cup. I used to snowboard for the GB World Cup Team. I have also gained Level 2 CASI Snowboard Instructing and Level 1 CSF Freestyle Coaching qualifications. I'm sponsored by Nikita Clothing, Atomic Snowboards and Dreadworx.co.uk.

FAQ

Do you offer a discount for booking a block of lessons?

Yes, if you book 6 lessons then I will give you the 7th for free!

Do you teach on turntables or CDJs?

I use turntables myself but if you have your own CDJs I am happy to teach you on those...they're not quite as suited to scratching but in terms of mixing the general concepts are the same.
