JAMES LANYON
James has been actively engaged with Eastern Arts for 35 years; Teaching Tai Chi for the last 18 years. He continues to draw on the experience of other teachers and practitioners to develop his professional skills. A particular area of expertise is to adapt and select routines and practices to suit the individual or group wishing to practice. Much of his work now concentrates on sessions for healthcare and personal wellbeing.
