Martial Arts Experiance
After studying a style of Karate called Wado ryu for many years I decided that it was time to try something completly differant. I opted for American Sport Kickboxing. After taking part in my first class I felt complety differant to this more modern martial art. Gone were the days of kicking and punching thin air, I was hitting pads and shields, I was learning tecniques better suited to todays world. I found myself training as many times a week as I could cram in.
In my teaching I always try to bring out the best in the students, I regulary discuss with them what they are looking to get out of their kickboxing, whether it be to improve their fitness levels, loose weight, improve muscle tone, learn self defence, or even to just make new friends I try my level best to make the classes differant and gear them to the needs of the students.
