A teacher and eternal student of the Art and Science of Hatha Yoga. I have been exploring and enjoying the benefits of Yoga for over 20 years and am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher. I teach both Classical Hatha yoga and Dynamic (flowing) Hatha Yoga.

Group Classes
Dynamic Hatha Yoga
A friendly, relaxed, non-competitive class for those who enjoy a 'stronger' practice but suitable for most people as modifications and stages are offered. Develop strength and flexibility as postures flow from one to the next in both traditional sequences (Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutations) and interesting variations.
Not suitable for beginners, pregnant women or those with injuries.
Yoga for Beginners and Returners
A friendly yoga class suitable for beginners and those returning to Yoga. No need to be flexible! Start at the beginning. Work at your own pace to stretch, tone, energise, and develop strength, flexibility and inner calm.
Mats provided. Just wear loose, comfortable clothing. Yoga is practised in bare feet.
