Jane Pembleton-Smyth

I studied the flute at the RNCM with Kate Hill and have over 25 years teaching experience. I teach beginners to diploma pupils from home and also teach the flute in schools and at a Sixth Form College where my lessons help students prepare for the performance element of AS/A2 exams. The flute is my passion and I love helping my pupils to build up all the skills needed to become fully expressive players. I also really enjoy teaching music theory with a 100% pass rate at the ABRSM Theory Grade 5.
