I studied at the Guildhall School of Music in the early 80 s and have been teaching since both privately and in schools including Harrow School, John Lyon school for Boys, Quainton Hall School, Harrow School of Music, Peterborough and St. Margarets School and am currently Flute speacialist at St Margarets School for Girls in Bushey teaching piano here too.
In my early career I performed in a Flute and piano duo performing at many London venues as well as free lancing in and around London.
I now have two daughters (18 and 12) of my own so am very sensitive to the pressures and needs of young people learning an instrument whilst continuing their academic studies. I also enjoy teaching mature students.
I also teach piano, theory and aural to Grade viii.

THE SMALL PRINT

I am happy to be paid for a 4 or 10 lessons in advance or per lesson. I require 24 hours notice of cancellation where possible otherwise payment for the missed lesson would have to be paid. If I miss a lesson for whatever reason I would either make it up or give a refund.
