YoYogis (as featured on Teachers T.V.) provides a range of children’s yoga services within the NHS, School and Sure start environments. A team of quality, passionate CRB checked teachers providing services ranging from toddler, children’s, teenage and special yoga. All our teachers are dedicated yoga people and are fully qualified and insured.
Janine Hurley also provides Pregnancy Yoga and Mum and Baby yoga free of charge through various Sure start centre’s , plus a general Yoga class at Stand Unitarian Church in Whitefield on Mondays 7.15-9.30pm please telephone or email to book your place as spaces are limited.

Postnatal & baby yoga
The postnatal period is a very special time for mothers and babies.
This programme of classes is specially designed to provide a warmly supportive environment in which to enjoy getting to know your baby, sharing beneficial practices to aid postnatal recovery and learning to relax in each others' presence over the postnatal year and beyond.
The age range of the babies is from birth to nine months,
As the babies grow into toddlers, another set of classes is available, with challenges and yogic fun for all.
Every class is characterised by a positive 'give and take' that alternates yoga for mums, with yoga for babies, with yoga for two. Please contact me for further details

Pregnancy Yoga
Yoga is the ideal exercise for pregnant woman. It is widely recommended by midwives and doctors to expectant mothers as a way of keeping fit and mobile.
During pregnancy, yoga:
• keeps the body supple without straining
• boosts energy
• relieves stress and anxiety
• relaxes and promotes restful sleep
• can be used to relieve pain in labour and childbirth
• can relieve common minor ailments during pregnancy
(e.g. swollen joints, heartburn, constipation)
• can help the expectant mother to bond with the unborn baby through breathing and visualization techniques
The classes offer a holistic programme of breath work, relaxation, postures, movement, voice work and meditations suited to all stages of pregnancy, from 12 - 42 weeks. Pregnancy yoga enhances the vitality, mobility, general health and emotional well-being of the expectant mother; it also provides a valuable quiet space in which to form a bond with the unborn child and to prepare for birth. Every class includes moderate exercise, and our emphasis is upon safety and appropriateness for you as a pregnant women, and upon the safety of your unborn child. We do not recommend excessive aerobic exercise, fast movements, inversions or jumping practices during pregnancy. Our wide experience teaches us that moderation is safest during pregnancy. As with any new exercise during pregnancy check with your midwife before you start.
Remember that pregnancy yoga classes come under the category ‘antenatal appt, relaxation and Parent craft classes, which if you are in full time employment you are entitled to paid time off to attend. If you have any further questions or queries please contact me on the above number
