People come to yoga for many reasons: to build physical strength, flexibility and stamina; as a response to injury or pain; to improve sleep and concentration and to find a moment of stillness in a busy life.
I am a fully qualified yoga instructor teaching in central and South East London.
I choose to teach small group classes/one-to-one classes as I believe this is the optimal learning environment.
I have a wide range of experience of teaching students with all sorts of conditions such as sports injuries, arthritis, scoliosis,sciatica pregnancy.
