Joanna began her career at Fitness First working as a fitness instructor, before qualifying as a Level 3 Personal Trainer though Premier. She then moved to David Lloyd where she worked as a personal trainer in Birmingham for over 4 years. Today Joanna helps clients outside of the gym and provides a fully mobile service throughout Birmingham and surrounding areas.
Joanna specialises on core stability and helping clients to define their bodies through better posture and functional training using medicine balls, hand weights, stability balls and TRX straps.
Where possible Joanna likes to get clients outdoors working in the park. "I love helping clients to get fit and the outdoors offers great variety for circuits and TRX training without the confines of the gym. I use most fo the parks in Birmingham but can also come to your home and train you there."
