Joel Phillimore

I am an Oxford University Gradaute with a BA in History of Art.

I have over 30 hours of Tutoring experience, having previously tutored English Lit at A-Level and Art at GCSE.

I have also tutored a student for their Oxbridge application. They were offered a place at Oxford University in January 2012.

I work part-time for a Theatre in Education company, Living Learning, who specialise in interactive, educational shows for Primary and Secondary pupils.

In the summers of 2009 and 2010, I worked as a Playleader for Lancaster City Council Summer Playschemes, which involved a month of putting on activities for children aged 8-11 years old.

I am a professional actor, represented by Niki Winterson (www.nikiwinterson.com)and will be working for Tom Hooper this year for the Les Miserables Feature Film. In 2010 I was named 'Best Actor in Oxford' by Cherwell Newspaper.

I am a dedicated musician - I have played guitar for 16 years, and perform in an award winning gypsy/folk band 'Scarlett in the Wilderness'
