New Beginners courses in Old Street start:
January 2012, 7.00pm - 8.15pm. Monday and Tuesday evenings. Wednesday Lunchtime.
£108 for 12 week course.
We teach all aspects of Yang Style Taiji (Tai Chi, Taijiquan) and Qi Gong, to a mixed and good-humoured group of students.
Classes focus on the key aspects of Taiji:
Becoming calm, centred and grounded
Co-ordination, balance, suppleness and skill
