I am a qualified Sun Power Yoga teacher and I teach Power Yoga, theraputic yoga, Specialist Yoga, Yoga for Sport and Aqua Yoga. I am a qualified Yoga Therapist, an accredited member of the British Wheel of Yoga and am a level 3 member of the Register of Exercise Professionals.

In addition I hold a Higher International Diploma in Herbalism, ama qualified Nutritional Therapist and Deep Relaxation Therapist.
