I began my study of yoga as a teenager in 1988. Since this time, yoga practice has been a huge support in life, enabling me to move more freely and steadily through life's ups and downs.
My original teacher training encouraged me to develop intuition so that my teaching is sensitive and adaptable to individual needs. I have also studied Yoga Therapy so I am able to support students with specific health concerns to safely benefit from yoga's profound healing qualities.
I have a lifelong interest in complementary health (having set up a well regarded complementary health clinic in North London) and my teaching is infused with this knowledge. I design themed classes, courses and workshops which enable students to move towards health, wellbeing and emotional balance.
