I'm a certified life coach (CTI-trained)and professional declutterer, motivating people to make time and space for what really matters.

I belong to the UK Association of Professional Declutterers and Organisers (www.apdo-uk.co.uk) and was featured in House Beautiful magazine (February 2011).

I provide practical help to declutter household belongings and empower clients to make positive choices regarding what (and how) to sort, select, reuse, recycle, donate or discard. Decluttering is also a powerful metaphor for clarifying priorities, managing time and honouring core values.

As a declutter coach,I help clients to overcome procrastination, define goals and maintain motivation. I also run workshops for personal and professional development.
