I have spent my career teaching exercise with the last 10years specialising in dance. The fun energetic dances such as Salsa, Rock n Roll, Lindy Hop and Argentine Tango.
my expertise also helps many wedding couples take to the dance floor for their 1st dance.
Lately My 2 worlds of exercise and dance have merged with Zumba. I have also become qualified in the children's version called ZumbAtomic.
My company is called Groove Academy and we are creating a community through dance.

Salsa - Stafford

This is the social dance of the moment. A great social skill to learn and you will be surprised how often you get the chance to put it into action.
