My name is Katie Wright and I run LotusLeaf Tai Chi. I am based in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire and run classes around that area. I teach Tai Chi (taiji) forms such as Yang style 6, 24, fan and sword forms and the 42 form. I also teach various sets of Qigong (Chi Kung) including The 18 movements, Calming, refreshing and Revitalising Qigong, 5 animal and Tendon stretching.
I have been practicing Tai Chi since 1998 and teaching since 2005. I have taught primary school children to older students in a day centre. I run "pay-as-you-go" classes and also one to ones and private sessions.
I try to offer friendly and open classes to teach people the joy of Tai Chi and Qigong as well as the movements.

THE SMALL PRINT

Tai Chi and Qigong, although gentle, are based on martial arts and so it is always advisable to check with your GP before starting any new exercises. I ask that all students make me aware of any health problems they might have before training.
