Aydee Latty

I have owned my own recording studio and production company for the last 8 years, producing music for adverts, films and artists . I have worked on my own and with a number of producers, composers and song-writers to produce a variety of different styles and genres from 80s acid jazz to cinematic soundscapes. Several tracks have been awarded awards including Blue Bird Kid Clark Pop World winners and Blush being nominated for a Mobo this last year.

I am an expert at using Logic Studio and Ableton Live software for music creation, performance and production. I am also very competent at Cubase and Protools. I have great experience with all modern studio production techniques such as the creative use of midi programming, working in both 5.1 and stereo mixing. My have experience in composing for Films, Media and TV advert Campaigns and have produced music to picture for many clients including Synseal, Whitenoise and others.

I have extensive experience running Music Technology, Prooduction and DJ workshops in schools and youth clubs with my Music, Arts and Media business; MassiveUK. I have worked with some of the country's most experienced musicians, and the most deprived young people and found working which such a diversity of people a very rewarding experience.

My work so far has required an ability to listen, communicate well, organise and motivate and encourage people. It also requires hard work, great administration skills and an ongoing understanding of how to meet current safety standards including Public Liability and giving First Aid.

My love to this work means that I am able to work incredibly hard as these roles can be very demanding and often include working late unsociable hours with many evenings and weekends. All the above roles have given me experience and insight into the industry and an energy to keep up with current technology and innovations to keep me ahead of the curve.
