Liath Hollins
I am a harpist from the Nottingham area. I was trained within the traditions of British and Irish harp music.
The emphasis is not on passing exams, but on developing a love of creating music, learning traditional styles, finding out about the old harp repertoire and for students to develop their own interpretation and arrangements of traditional tunes.
All ages and abilities are welcome. Lessons are fun and friendly and no prior musical experience is needed.
Services
THE SMALL PRINT
Students come for fornightly lessons, £10 per 1/2 hour or £20 per hour. Half hour lessons are recommended for beginners.
If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the fee is still payable.
Lessons take place at my house and students should own their own harp. Please get in touch for advice if you need to purchase an instrument.
