Hi, I have been teaching Yoga since 1986, and teaching Yoga 1 - 2- 1 since 1990. Yoga on an individual basis allows a person to explore a deeper relationship with Yoga. For a person with health issues - from bad backs to high blood pressure, it is very therapeutic. For someone with a busy life-style, and unable to attend classes, it is ideal. One student recently said, "My doctore said this - I cannot believe that the medical notes that I am holding relte to the person in front of me!" This after a term of Yoga!! I am currently teaching on the Yoga Journey, an advanced course for Yoga Teachers. As well as being a Yoga Teacher, I am also a Yoga teacher trainer.
