Pregnancy Yoga
These pregnancy yoga classes provide a relaxed safe environment giving you with the opportunity to safely stretch, strengthen, breath, relax and connect with the growing life inside you. The aim is to give you the tools to practice at home to help maintain a healthy pregnancy, prepare for birthing physically and mentally, get to know your baby and to aid the recovery of your post natal body giving you quality time out to relax, boost energy and relieve stress and anxiety whilst also being a great opportunity for you to meet other expectant or new mums.
General Hatha Yoga
All classes are accessible to beginners and offer challenges for those more experienced.

Birth preparation workshop

Empowering the birthing partner to empower the birthing mother. The aim is to provide the birthing partner with the tools and confidence to support their partner during birth through breathing and relaxation techniques, birthing positions and discussion. Tea and Cakes provided.
Postnatal Yoga for Mother and Baby
Every Thursday 10am -11.30am
An integrated class focussing on post natal healing exercises and relaxation for mother whilst spending quality time with baby joining in. You have to see it to believe it possible. Great fun and wonderful opportunity to meet and share with other mums.

A gentle class with focus on exercises to help maintain a healthy pregnancy and prepare for birthing and beyond. Time to be with the new life growing inside you, to rest, relax and make new friends.
