I have been teaching yoga since 1999 in London, Northamptonshire and beyond.

I enjoy teaching regular group classes which contrast with private one to one teaching. I also specialise in teaching yoga for pregnancy and postnatal yoga for mums and babies.

In the Autumn and Spring I run relaxing, revitalising weekends of yoga and walking in beautiful parts of the British countryside.

I also teach on yoga holidays abroad.

My style is accesible to all, gentle and challenging, clear guidance through the class enables the practitioner to focus inwards and laughter is welcomed.

See more information on holidays and weekends on my website www.yogawalks.co.uk
