Postures and exercises to help realign the spine, stablise the pelvis, develop abdominal and pelvic floor strength and tone. Breathing practices to calm the emotions and re-energise during this demanding life transition.

Pregnancy Yoga Class
Pregnancy yoga suitable from 14 weeks through to birth.
Postures to strengthen the body and increase flexiblity. Breathing and relaxation to calm and focus the mind. Great way to maintain health through pregnancy by reducing stress levels and prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for birth and motherhood.
