I am a Yoga Alliance qualified yoga teacher, offering classes for adults and teenage girls.My teaching does not follow a specific school of yoga,but since my own practice is currently in the Sivananda style, it is strongly influenced by this and by my teacher training from Teach Yoga UK.I add elements of a gentler approach as required by my students. In the past, I have experienced mostly Iyengar, Bikram , Astanga and Viniyoga styles.

I also have more than eight years experience in teaching yoga to children with special needs, following the method taught by Sonia Sumar. I believe that the benefits of yoga should be available and accessible to all.

Previous teaching experience in dance.Previous experience in therapy (O.T.).

I am also a scuba diver and freediver, exploring an approach to yoga suitable for these two activities.

A non-competitive physical, healthy activity aimed at girls ages 12 to 16.Find safe ways to stretch, improve your posture and concentration,discover strengths,challenge yourself in a non-stressful way, learn ways to relax to help you to deal with exams,learn the names of poses in Sanskrit. A good complementary activity for sports or dance.Share the experience with other girls.
