Mark Brady is a Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi instructor and is certified by the John Ding International Academy of Tai Chi Chuan (JDIATCC). Mark continues to train with Master Ding and Master Ding's senior instructors to increase his knowledge and ability.

Mark has over 18 years of martial arts experience however he now focuses exclusively on Tai Chi as he has found it to be the best path to improved health, relaxation, self defence and a deeper understanding of ourselves. Mark believes that Master Dings Yang style Tai Chi is the perfect way that anyone can achieve a strong body and still mind and a better quality of life.

Mark believes that a fun and relaxed environment is the best way to learn. Classes include solo and partner work where students can explore their own energy and working with the energy of another.

For those interested in the self-defence aspects of the art, introduction to the practicalities of postures and movements are included.

Mark teaches ongoing classes in Dublin City Centre and has classes suitable for eveyone from complete beginners to intermediate levels. Yang style Tai Chi is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and is a powerful method to gently heal the body, mind and the spirit.

For intermediate students (after 6 months) there is a €50 membership fee for JDIATCC.

No Chewing gum or food allowed in the class.

Bottled water is ok.

Tai Chi is suitable for all ages and fitness levels but please inform the instructor of any injuries or health problems before the start of the class.

Please arrive 5 minutes early as the class starts promptly.

Class includes Chi Gung , Forms and Applications.

Mark has over 18 years of martial arts experience including the Japanese arts of Judo, Jiu Jitsu and Karate and the Chinese art of Wing Chun however he now focuses exclusively on Tai Chi as he has found it to be the best path to improved health, relaxation, self defence and a deeper understanding of ourselves. Mark believes that Master Dings Yang style Tai Chi is the perfect way that anyone can achieve a strong body and still mind and a better quality of life. Mark has 11 years Tai Chi experience and 7 years with JDIATCC.
