I have a Masters in Creative writing, a BA in philosophy and English, a PTTLS teaching certificate and am Apple certified in Logic Studio. I have worked with ICT since 1988, and in community work since 1994. I have run literally hundreds of workshops in all my teaching areas, with corporate clients through to ex-offenders and learning disabled groups.

I combine a broad technical knowledge with long-standing experience of working with disadvantaged groups. Through this I have developed a relaxed style, guiding people at their own pace. I pride myself on being able to take the fear out of technology, by putting the creativity and enjoyment back in.

I work in the XCentre, a charity which hires it's services to the business sector in order to enable vulnerable groups free access. By paying for my tuition, you get the high-quality training you need, and you are helping support the local community. It's a win-win situation!

While I teach informally, we can offer in-house certification for those needing to demonstrate CPD.
