I am Nathalie Dubreu, the founder of Fluid BodyTM.
Fluid Body is a new wellness concept and unique stretching practice. It is devised for those who want to de-stress (in 1hour), release chronic pains and take care of their mind and body without either engaging into suffering gym sessions, or committing themselves to the discipline of yoga.
The stretching exercises I teach are practical, a bit spiritually I admit, and they work really well. Flexibility, skin appearance, relaxation, toning & detox effect...Just by stretching and breathing :) Simple and efficient. You either choose STRETCH & RELAX, or a STRETCH & TONE SESSION. I am mobile and I can work from anywhere in London, client's home, hotel room, boat, parks, gyms.
Also, you might be interested to know that I will be part of the Mind, Body and Soul exhibition in Olympia from 28 to 30 september 2012, in the zone experience to share my practice to a wider audience and give a short lecture on the saturday afternoon about Stress, neck and back pain.

Fluid Body is a unique stretching class that integrates the best from yoga, pilates, qi-gong, somatic movements and dance.
It is based on meridians stretching with the primary intention to remove energy blockages, releasing muscular tension and enhancing well being.
The practice has been devised to manage stress levels, focusing on relaxation and cooling down our busy mind. You will feel calm, refreshed, toned, stretched and centered.
For about 30 years I have been training in various physical practices, learning from many international teachers in France and UK. I have been exploring different techniques in depth spanning from ballet, modern, contemporary, butoh to gymnastics, and expand my knowledge of bodywork with yoga, pilates and martial arts in the last 12 years.
This background contribute to creating a workout that is rich and respectful of your body and mind. I focus my attention on your well being, adapting the training to everyones needs and capabilities.
