I have been studying martial arts for over 20 years now. As martial arts involve life-long learning and development, I intend to keep studying and teaching for as long as I am physically able to do so.
After spending 8 years in China studying a northern style of Wing Chun and, from a 4th Generation student of Grandmaster Guo Yun Shen, studying Xing Yi Quan, I returned to the UK where I have been teaching since 2010.
I have been practicing QiGong since 1996 and genuinely believe in the health/physical and martial benefits of this ancient Chinese art.
My website is linked below, please feel free to check it out.

Classes are held every Monday evening from 19:30-20:30, and Thursday evening from 19:30pm-21:00pm.
Classes involve 15 minutes of simple 'warm-up' exercises, then Wing Chun and Qigong practise.
Wing Chun practise involves basic drills and forms which will lead into simple sparring practise. Over time this will build and develop practical fighting skills.
Qigong practise will involve both Zhan Zhuang ('stance-keeping') exercises and Wang Ji Wu's Xing Yi Nei Gong (Hsing-I nei kung) - 16 exercises to improve health and energy.

I have been training in Martial Arts since the age of 9. In that time I have studied various arts including ninjutsu, judo, Muay Thai, capoeira, taiji (tai chi), Etheric Boxing, xing yi quan (Hsing-Yi), Wing Chun and qi gong (Chi Kung) amongst others. I have been taught by some of the best instructors available for many of those arts and am very grateful for what I have learned from them. I hope to pass on this knowledge in the teaching of my chosen art, Wing Chun.
