My name's Nick and I'm a drummer based in Easton in Bristol, and am teaching from a dedicated practice space. I've played in many punk bands including No World Borders, The Directors, Richard Bacchus & the Luckiest Girls (UK touring band), Victoria Klewin, Collective Responsibility, Circus of Invention, Anarcho Folko and more as well as playing in shows and doing session work.
I have a degree in music from Dartington College of Arts and have specialised in using electronic rhythms in live drumming, culminating in No World Borders which was a punk'n'breaks political band, trying to make socially conscious music approachable for those outside the cider punk diaspora. I've played in many shows in the UK doing the usual hits (Joseph, West Side Story, Grease etc.) and I've toured the UK, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia and Austria.
I'm happy to work with all ranges, from beginners to those wanting to refine their technique and have studied 'Alexander Technique' so can help sort out any aches and pains from repetitive strain!
