Yoga classes which concentrate primarily on a variety of physical asana, as well as introducing (and developing, for intermediate students) awareness of pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and relaxation practices. Each week provides a new focus for the students to explore these combined practices, encouraging the student to deepen their interest in yoga. They also offer more familiar patterns of practice, to enable the student to develop their own practice safely away from the class.
Deepen your awareness of body, breath & mind to enjoy whole health.
Mats available at the venue.
Drop in students welcome.
Baby yoga classes are a joy! There's a lively mix and variety of yoga inspired practices that allow Mums (as well as Dads, Grandparents, Aunts and Uncles who have also attended) to have fun together with their babies and recover from the birth, promoting the health and well-being of the whole family. There's time for yoga stretches, breathing and relaxation. Its pretty informal, so come along and have a go.
All equipment is provided. Just bring anything baby might need, and wear comfy clothes. Baby must be over 8 weeks old.
