I run yoga classes suitable for anyone from beginner to more advanced, and yoga at home (either one to one or small groups). All you need is yourself, comfy stretchy clothes and a yoga mat (hooded tops are not a great idea as they tend to fall over your head when hanging upside down).
Get your yoga groove on! Yoga Groove is a very dynamic yoga class which will leave you feeling energised and floaty. It’s a workout.
Because I believe yoga should be a fun way of exploring our bodies, I have also developed this style moving through the ashtanga primary series with a little movement and music - yoga groove. These yoga to music classes are particularly suitable for younger people and I positively encourage them to come along and give it a try. In terms of music, expect anything from dance tracks to floaty chillout sounds. Playlist suggestions are welcome!
All are welcome to my classes so mums, bring your daughters and dads bring your sons – it’s a brilliant way to bond. Classes are suitable for children aged ten years and upwards.
I also run a more gentle class for helping people with back problems.
Though my courses focus on the set sequence of asanas, in order to help you explore the world through the dimension of your mind and body there will also be workshops that focus on clearing particular chakras, classes which include some poses that are not in the primary series, balances and elements of other types of yoga. This is because it’s good to begin to experience the diversity that yoga offers.
