------------------------------

I became passionate about coaching as I started to deliver Judo courses at the age of 15.

I started my leadership career at the same age with exciting projects leading 11 teams of up to 50 people. It is thanks to an overwhelming number of projects being successful beyond expectations that I was given more and more important leadership roles.

I am thrilled to have trained and coached for AIESEC (the world’s largest student organization) in the UK, USA, India, Turkey, Malta, Slovakia, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Georgia.

I qualified for a merit scholarship at RealAcad (Venture Management Program) at the end of which we had started an events management company in Singapore.

One of the most challenging time of my life was running my own corporate training and executive coaching for 2 years in Poland. My clients mostly consisted in English speaking middle managers of multinational corporations and senior managers of Polish banks, insurance and IT companies. Training topics covered interpersonal skills, building relations, leadership and management.

Within the academia, I am proud to have given training and speeches at Yale University (USA), London School of Economics (UK), 3 Indian and 6 Polish universities.

I am now the Training Consultant for Fundraising at the Directory of Social Change - the largest provider of training in the third sector.

------------------------------

I am looking for individuals or organizations (companies, social entreprise charities, or others) who want to improve their performance.

I create tailored people development programmes to answer your needs and within your costs. I work based on performance and charge you based on results. I enjoy working with all age groups across sectors, styles and environment.

Please send me an email with your challenge and/or the way you want your situation to be, and I will let you know what I can do for you - or point you in the right direction.

It is my pleasure to help, and teach.

Started in the 70's a as a single directory of grants, the Directory of Social Change has become UK's largest provider of education and training for the voluntary sector.

Our vision is an independant voluntary sector at the heart of social change, and I have been inspired here since I welcomed the participant of my first training. As I asked this elderly lady where she worked she replied "a children hospice", my face went blank with empathy, untill she gave me the most beautiful smile and said: "this is the best job I have ever had".

Feel free to contact me for queries on our services, talk about potential partnership or chat around a lunch about social change:

“Noam is a person who sees very clearly each person. He catches how to work with anyone as soon as he starts to speak with them. He is a person who does things and not just talks about them, and who keeps his promises. When working with Noam, I could always be sure that things will be done in time, and in the best way. He can motivate people, and he can make them think and challenge them. Noam is for sure a Leader in his life, and this one word - Leader describes all his character."” November 28, 2008

Having enthusiasm and out of the box thinking used as his strengths, he not only creates amazing atmosphere during seminars but also pushes others towards new ideas and reflections. “What a complete breath of fresh air Noam Kostucki is! Noam led the course in Effective Fundraising 1 at the DSC and from the moment the course started and until it ended I was completely riveted. I gained much more from this course than expected. Not only have I been left with an impressive amount practical ideas to use Noam has also really helped me to think ‘out side of the box’. Noam has an excellent knowledge of fundraising (and much more) and manages to impart this knowledge whilst keeping the ideas and class format fresh. He cleverly combined role play with dynamic teaching which ensured that we were never clock watching – in fact I can say for myself I was sorry that we couldn’t stay to learn more! I will definitely look out for more classes with Noam and will most definitely recommend him to friends and colleagues. If you want an expert in fundraising and marketing, combined with fantastic coaching and people skills, who thinks and helps you think ‘out side of the box’ then look no further.” May 28, 2009

“Noam made a real effort to engage each delegate as an individual, taking genuine interest in a wide scope of specialisms, without ever being condescending or negative. Each person came away with a fresh perspective on how to rationalise their own campaigns, having been able to understand a lot of unknown facts and procedures that can will be of positive use in the growth and development of all of the individual's practices.” June 16, 2009

“I had the pleasure of working with Noam as a facilitator at an AIESEC conference in Poland in 2006. What I most liked about working with him was that he is flexible in his approach as a trainer and can customise things according to what the group might require which is an essential quality to have for any trainer. He is confident, great speaker, good team player and stays calm under pressure. Also, his innovative approach to things and a great sense of humor makes it a delight working with him. I wish him all the best for his future. I would be glad to work with him again.” May 22, 2009
