My name is Paul and I am a professional Martial Artist. I have trained and taught all over the UK for various organisations and run Bristol Krav Maga.

I have trained to advanced and expert levels and teach the British Krav Maga Association's 18 day Instructor Course through to advanced Krav Maga Instructors.

I am a certified personal trainer and a crossfit certified trainer.

My work has taken me from a range of conflict management roles including trainer and specialist conflict trainer drawing up programmes for institutions.
