I'm Paul. I graduated from a degree in pure and applied chemistry at the University of Strathclyde in 2005. I am currently studying for a Ph.D in synthetic chemistry at the University of Manchester.

Besides my academic studies I have worked as a Science Communicator at the Glasgow Science Centre and, outside of science, teaching English in Japan. These jobs taught me how to communicate abstract ideas effectively, which I think is very important in teaching chemistry.

I'm open to ideas and flexible in however I can help, whether for formal tutoring or casual discussions, online, offline, free, paid, etc. Give me a shout.
