Paul has been a leader in the entertainment and media sectors as a lawyer and businessman for over 30 years. He also realised a dream of being on the creative side by successfully producing theatre and TV and film. Paul saw his law firm grow from himself and his secretary to over 120 people. He was Commercial and Strategy Director at Musicunsigned, an Internet based Music Company that successfully floated in 2000, Chairman of Flying Music plc in 2001 steering it through a public to private transition and subsequently spent three years as its Director of Legal and Business Affairs. He has returned to the law to set up a media and communications sector at both Manches and Hammonds.

His philosophy that underpins his work is that the world is about people and relationships. The primary relationship is the relationship we have with ourselves and once we acknowledge that we are self-managing and organizational management and development can occur.
