I have been teaching the guitar, bass, ukulele, bouzuki and music theory since 2003 to students of varying ages and with ranging abilities. I teach privately and in local primary and private schools. My main areas of expertise lie in Rock/Pop, Jazz guitar and world music (mainly Brazilian, Cuban and Middle eastern).

Studied jazz music for three years full time with some of the best UK musicians such as Stuart Hall, Carl Orr, Mike Outram, Nikki Iles, Rob Townsend, Chris Batchelor and Gareth Williams. Some of the subjects studied within my current qualifications include jazz performance, advanced improvisation, composition, harmony, Brazilian music, Cuban music, Gamelan music, Hindustani music, Sephardic and Balkan music.
